How to push a Godaddy domain

This is a quick tutorial on how to push a Godaddy domain from one account to another.
Push means move from one Godaddy account to another.
Godaddy also calls it transferring.
This process can be a little confusing if you’ve never gone through it.
Both you (the domain owner) and the other party (person receiving the domain) will need to have a Godaddy account. Godaddy accounts are free to set up.
Log in to your Godaddy account.
Go to Domains, My domains.
Click on the domain you want to push to the other person.
Towards the top, click on Account change, it has a notecard icon.
Enter all information for the person receiving the domain. You must have the person’s first and last name, complete address with zip code and country, phone and email.
Press continue.
After you’ve done your part, you should receive an email stating you have requested a domain change of registrant.
Almost simultaneously, the person that is receiving the domain will get an email with a code. they’ll need to login to their account and go to Domains, Accept Account Change. Then they need to checkout, just as if they’re buying something.
Shortly after the other person is finished you should receive an email stating the domain has been cancelled from your account.
