New fangled gizmo contest
The community gadget blog Wikigiz is running a contest that’s different than your usual blog contest. They’ve installed something called the Gizmo Meter on their site, and it measures the page views, comments, subscribers and ad clicks. As the numbers increase the meter moves. I bet you’re wondering how the winner will be chosen. You are, aren’t ya? By the meter. The winner will be chosen automatically by the meter. When the meter reaches 100% a message will appear randomly on someone somewhere’s monitor informing them that they are a contest winner and give them instructions on what to do. So in essence, you get a contest entry just by visiting the blog and nothing more. Wild!
