Why I won’t buy from iprint again.

I have used Vistaprint for years and love them. I have no complaints about their products at all. About three months ago I ordered a stamp from iprint in August, the kind of stamp that is preinked and can be refilled. If you’re wondering why I ordered it there instead of Vistaprint, it was because of the price. The stamp was free, but I had to pay $3.79 in shipping. I have used the stamp maybe five times. Yesterday I went to put my return address on some Christmas cards using this stamp, and discovered it was out of ink! I pressed down on it three times and nothing came out. Are you kidding me! I remember when I was online order it there was an offer at checkout to include the bonus refill ink or something like that and that it cost more. What a rip off! Vistaprint, I’m sorry I strayed. I won’t repeat that mistake again. The photo to the left is my envelope, after using the iprint stamp.
