This week Amazon released a new way to shop at Amazon.com - text message shopping. The service is called Amazon TextBuyIt. To use it just send a text message to Amazon at 262966 that contains the product name, UPC code, ISBN code or keyword. You will receive a text message back. From there you can text m to receive more results, d for details or 1 to purchase. Any product in stock at Amazon will be available for purchase with this free service.

This must have been created for people like me who are stuck behind a firewall at work and can’t get on the internet, LOL.
